God that weapon design looks so dumb. Doesn’t matter if it’s a kinetic or directed energy weapon (more than likely kinetic since Planeptune Which is more advanced uses the exact same shit), theres literally no barrel for that thing to fire ANYTHING out of. Neptunia soldiers suck ass, as evidenced by the impractical designs of Eden’s and Planeptune’s soldiers also seen in the anime.
